H264DECCheckSkipableFrame

Syntax

#include <cafe/h264.h>

s32	H264DECCheckSkipableFrame(const u8 *buf, s32 Length, s32 *SkipFlag);

Parameters

buf Pointer to the beginning of the input data (Input).
Length The size of the input data (Input).
SkipFlag Determination results (Output):
  • 0: The frame for that subsequent decoding is not performed correctly unless the target frame is decoded.
  • 1: The frame for that subsequent decoding is performed correctly even if the target frame is not decoded.

Return Values

A return value of 0 indicates success. Any nonzero return value indicates failure.

Description

Determines whether the subsequent decoding is performed correctly even when the target frame is not decoded.

This utility function is used when required to skip a frame for reasons such as the decoding process is lagging, and is unnecessary for normal decoding.
