cafex headlessrun - Automate Headless Mode

Syntax

cafex headlessrun [<options>] <application.rpx> [<arguments>]

Options

-b Use the DEBUG OS.
-n Do not launch the application after uploading the image.
-m Bypass mastering step.
-w <time> Time (in seconds) to wait for title to boot during setup.
-h <bank> HDD bank to upload the application to. Default bank is 10.
-u Print a list of the available options.

Additionally, it may also return the same codes as cafex recover or cafex discrun.

Description

The cafex headlessrun command automates all of the steps needed for headless mode operation. For more information on configuring headless mode, see Configure Headless Mode. For more information about headless mode, see Headless Mode.

Example

Run the helloworld Demo in Headless Mode

This example launches the helloworld demo, creates a master archive, uploads the master archive, and then launches the application.

Issue the following command at the Cafe Windows CMD shell prompt:

cafex headlessrun %CAFE_ROOT%/system/bin/ghs/cafe/demo/helloworld/NDEBUG/helloworld.rpx

This will run, master, install, and then run helloworld in headless mode. helloworld will be uploaded to bank 10 of the internal HDD.
