Parameters

in Address to convert.
buf Pointer to buffer in which to store returned string.

Return Values

char *, a pointer to a string that contains the converted address in conventional numbers-and-dots notation. Returns NULL and errno is set to SO_EINVAL if buf is NULL.

Description

Converts an Internet host address, given in network byte order, to a string having standard numbers-and-dots notation. This function serves the same purpose as SOInetNtoA but is reentrant.

Interrupt handler Do not call this function from any interrupt handler.
Exception handler Do not call this function from any exception handler.
