Description

This API should be called if an application wishes to have the system cause all user threads to run being scheduled after the exit or _Exit APIs are called or the application returns from main.

By default, the system stops user threads to be scheduled after these APIs are called (previous SDK versions would allow the user threads to continue to be scheduled).

It is recommended that if an application wishes to use this API, it should be called during startup.
